Shabnam might be stuck at her desk each day as a receptionist, but her ambition is to travel the world and meet new people.

But if she does not get to do it in this life, the amateur philosopher believes strongly in reincarnation. "I'd like to be reincarnated as another enigma such as Michael Jackson or Johnny Depp," she has told friends.
 
Shabnam lives at home with her mother and says food is a major part of their home life. She is unlikely to have much time for dieting girls "who steer clear of chocolate."

Shabnam once worked in a toy department where she dressed up as Mr Men characters. She has never voted because she can't be bothered.
