CHERIE Blair is seething about “fantastically indiscreet” diaries soon to be published by former No 10 media chief Alastair Campbell, it was claimed yesterday.

The Prime Minister’s wife was “furious” after reading intimate episodes of her family’s life in Downing Street, friends said yesterday.

Officials have already ordered Mr Campbell to censor out details about Tony Blair’s alleged foul language and about clashes between the PM and Chancellor Gordon Brown.

But it has emerged Mrs Blair is also unhappy about “breaches of privacy” in the journal due to be published on July 9.

A Downing Street spokes-man denied claims of a row within Mr Blair’s inner circle.

Lets face it - unlike ANY OTHER PM's wife she has been less that discreet in most things she has done.

From comments published in the press she clearly appears to be a money grabbing freeloader - what does she expect ?

Sounds like fear is setting in! Maybe some home truths will be laid bare but if you want to live in the public spotlight like a film or pop star then you are just going to have to suffer the consequences. And just where is Mr Blair? Oh, that’s right, he’s on his farewell world tour – just like a film/pop star. The face of British politics at it’s best!
