POSTPONED: READING V. REDCAR

REGRETTABLY, this evening’s scheduled Young Shield quarter-final action at Smallmead between Reading and Redcar has had to be postponed.

This follows heavy overnight and morning rainfall, which has left the racing strip in a waterlogged state.

It has quickly been agreed that the meeting will now take place tomorrow, Monday 6 October, at 7.30 p.m.

Additional fixture news is that the away Premier League match at Stoke, which has twice been postponed, will now go ahead on Saturday 25 October.
