92,000 East Europeans milk our benefits

we live in Spain, no benifits of any kind are avalible to us, not that we want any, but they are not given to recieve health care we have to pay into the spanish system approx 240 Euros a month. We have often commented that the same bennifits would be free to a spanish person loving in the UK, If we live in a one state Eu can any one tell me why it isnt a level playing field ???
