The people either stand by and do nothing and allow their country to be Governed forever by the European Union, or, the people look to their own Constitution, (Their own law) and act upon that, and quite legally so. That is what our Constitution is there for. It is to our Constitution our Governments, past and present should have ALWAYS looked to for it was in our very own Constitution the freedoms and liberties so many gave their lives for in the last great war, are held.

I write of Clause 61 Magna Carta, which was originally used by our once noble Hereditary Peers. However, one of Sir Edward Coke's greatest contributions to the law was to interpret Magna Carta to apply not only to the protection of nobles but also to all subjects of the Crown equally, which effectively established the law as a guarantor of rights among all subjects against even Parliament and the King. He famously asserted: "Magna Carta is such a fellow, that he will have no sovereign. "END of Quote.

This then means, that if 'put' comes to 'shove', then Claus 61 Magna Carta can be legally used by all the people, not just by 25/4 Barons. There is time for all to acquaint themselves with Magna Carta and your own Bill of Rights 1688, particularly those that were never taught about it at school. The Bill of Rights came about through the "Glorious Revolution" and the meaning of "Glorious" was that it was "quiet", "non-violent", and so it shall remain and it will always be so.

Hopefully, this may never have to be applied if the people of Ireland's referendum result holds. Far better for this country if Magna Carta remains quietly at rest. If, on the other hand parts of the treacherous Treaty are brought into play that is a different matter altogether but I doubt every country in the EU would agree to that.

In the mean time, those in Stoke that are to vote on two Questions regarding an elected mayor with Cabinet, or a leader with cabinet,(Which many are angry about) and which as we all know is part of the EU governing by Regions. Go and vote but for those that are angry at only having those two questions to answer, I suggest you place your cross right through the ballot paper. Make your feelings known. As for the EU elections. I suggest you vote for UKIP or BNP, in other words any party that want OUT of the EU. (Fill the EU Parliament with Eurosceptics). Just for the record, I do not belong to any Political Party or Organisation.
