Welfare reform under a Labour government?

Labour reform,...sickies, drugies, unemployed, pentioners, volunteers, work em on the railroad, on the canals, on public services, litter, gardening, scrubbing, painting,.....a 1000 and 1 things. Barrow boys' musicians, instructers, art, is there no vision for the future apart from parliamentarians rubbish speak ? Enthusiasm, adventure, challenge, learning, pleasure,.......... something please !
Banish super markets, rebuild the railways, canals, restore local communities, feet on streets , stop and speak.
