The MI6, MI5 Secret Services of many countries, the CIA were tapping the AL FAYEDs even if they deny till the cows come home ever tapping Diana's phone which of course most people with any sense know is nonsense as we all know Diana's phone was tapped and taped and that she was under constant surveillance.
