Should we bring back corporal punishment for those who prey on elderly?

Does no one at the Express check this this page,seems not..
The last posting as a repeat problem by the look of it.
So I will not bother to give my thoughts as no one takes any notice.
All muggers and people that take up space by posting their views should be locked up for the good.
