Hunt's hounds ripped pet terrier to pieces

All dogs should be kept on a lead.
Or be muzzled,how come the hunt can do as it wishes,kill mame and invade other peoples land without fear?
Try taking them to court see how far that will get you.
Do the hunt carry poop scoops?
Think not,one dog per huntsman,on a lead should be the norm.
